Crescence is an early-stage company. We do not have a large open-roles list because we hire slowly and deliberately. If you are excited about what we are building, reach out directly and tell us why.
We are a small team by design. Everyone owns a large piece of the product and works end-to-end. If you want to specialize narrowly and never touch the customer, we are probably not the right fit.
We move faster when people on the team understand the industry we serve. Prior experience in CPG, food service, or marketplace operations earns extra weight.
We write code we are proud of. We do not cut corners to ship faster only to spend twice the time fixing them later. Quality is the default, not the exception.
