When a dispute opens
An office can open a dispute on an order within the dispute window after delivery, for example if a shipment arrived damaged or incomplete. You are notified and the order's payout is held while the dispute is open.
Responding
Respond promptly with your side: photos, tracking, packing records, whatever is relevant. Most disputes resolve quickly when both sides share information openly.
Resolution
Crescence reviews the evidence and resolves the dispute. If the order is made whole, the payout is released. Keeping good fulfillment records is the best protection against a dispute going against you.
