Pricing for the office channel is different from retail. This guide covers the two levers you control.
Wholesale price
Set the per-unit price an office pays. Crescence does not mark this up; the buyer pays your price, and Crescence's 13% commission comes out of the order total at settlement.
Minimum order quantity
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the smallest order you will fulfill. The office channel rewards low minimums: a buyer trying a new brand wants a small first order. A high MOQ filters out exactly the buyers most likely to become repeat customers.
A good starting point
Price for the margin you need at volume, and set an MOQ low enough that a first order is an easy yes. You can always raise minimums once a buyer is reordering.
