Placing an order
From a brand page, add products to an order, confirm quantities against the brand's minimum order quantity, and place it. Payment runs through Crescence's rails.
Tracking
Every order has a detail page with a status timeline: placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered. When the brand ships, tracking appears so you can follow the shipment.
Managing
From the order detail page you can message the brand with questions, and, within the allowed window, request changes or a cancellation. See the cancellation guide for the specifics.
